Object of the company
The object of the company is (i) to act as a holding, directly or indirectly holding or managing all types of company shares, especially in insurance and financial service companies, as well as providing associated services and (ii) the management and coordination of domestic and foreign interest of the ERGO group of companies including all affiliated entities. The company is entitled to conduct all business transactions and measures that are necessary and useful to practice its declared object, in particular the setting up of branches and subsidiaries at home or abroad or the acquisition of shares in other companies. The company is not entitled to execute bank deals or to provide financial services.
